Software

Click the button above to download and install MP3 Audio Recorder software.

Hardware

Connect your microphone to computer
Check your microphone
Select Start > Settings > System > Sound.
In Sound settings, go to Input to see your connected microphones.

Step 1: Select your microphone from "Device"

Step 2: Speak into the microphone, start recording, and stop recording when finished

Speak into your microphone.

Start recording
Click the "Record" button to start recording.

Stop recording
Click the "Stop" button to stop recording.

Step 3: Play the recording file

View the recording file
Right-click on the recording history and select the "Play" menu, which will play the recording file.
